I realize that you are a newbie but what you are asking is a lot. Putting in that "you" need it urgently doesn't help your cause. We are all very busy and do help out specific requests when someone shows an effort. Amibroker is a powerful program that allows you to do exactly as require and then more. The downside is that you have to spend time to learn the software and how to write "your" own code. There are a ton of examples for you to start with.
I will do you one favor and that is to include an exploration that will provide you the basis to create your own by modifying the various segments. In order to do what you ask you need to perform the following steps: 1 - define your filter exactly and code it 2 - decide if you are going to run your scan against the entire database or if you need additional filters such as minimum volume 3 - determine the columns for display (price, stocastics value, volume, etc) Sorry if this seems mean or unhelpful, but we can't drop everything we are trying to accomplish to "write" your exploration for you. Make an effort and should you get stuck, then post a request for assistance.
