Yes - manually you can go to Edit and Image and Export File ... you'll get a PNG file that you can include in a web page. Automated , there are some COM object processes that will allow you drive Amibroker, create a chart from an indicator, scale it and store file of the PNG. This is done from JSCRIPT. Look at the development logs to see the latest additions on image scaling.
Don't know about questions 2 and 3 but there's Yahoo OLE group. Here's a link to some documentation that probably has not been updated for a year or so.
