Access was my number one suspect so that confirms it.
I have an older version of MS Office XP Pro resident.
When I installed PGO it created a .mdb file by default and it has 
been growing rapidly with my downloads (now over 1GB).
I'll be darned how yours worked without it?

I think the mail problem will be something to do with setup.
I doubt that the program would have that kind of operational error 
because as soon as you start to use the program it has the hallmarks 
of a smart developer all over it.
I don't think he/she made that kind of error.
