I don't use #include, but I actually got it to work awhile back.
One of the helpful Amibroker users told me to go to preferences>AFL and 
there is a place near the bottom of this page that lets you setup part of 
the include path.  I can't recall everything that I did, but it actually 
worked one time for me.  Ron D
