Google searches are
confusing at best on this question:
My Power Settings
(WinXP Media) are set to shut down monitors and hard drives after 15 minutes as
well as to go into standby after 15 minutes.
What happens if I
have QuoteTracker updating automatically every 30 seconds and leave the computer
for an extended time during the day.
Does the fact that
the program (QT) is active cancel the shut down settings, or will the system go
into standby and thus cutoff the downloaded quote info.
Any comments
appreciated.
