And, in order to use it on a chart, you'd have to do the ranking of the stock versus all stocks for each period plotted on your chart. I've used variations of the raw formula in StockFetcher and the Multex Screener to select stocks with high RS, but I don't need to rank them for that, just to get a list of the stocks with the largest values. One thing I had played with at one point was to just use the formula on the stock and on a major index. This at least can tell you with some level of certainty which are better than average. But you could also plot the stock's value relative to the index's value to give you some idea of the movements of the stock's IBD relative strength... ------------------------ Yahoo!
