The help manual is the best reference for basic information.
Help>menus>main menu>file menu and also tutorial>Database Management
and Tutorial>Updating Quotes.
When you want to change databases go to File>Open Database>and
select the relevant folder then O.K
There is also a numbered list at the bottom of the file menu
containing the databases recently used.
You can select a database from there.
