Terry,

I was planning on using IQ RT data. I think they have a limit of 500.

My difficulty is I find Amibroker at first glance so different to all
the other charting programs I've worked with (Supercharts, Metastock,
Sierra, Medved ...) I was worried I might be wasting my time heading
along the learning curve.

Prior to now I've always laboriously scrolled through loads and loads
of charts waiting for the set ups I want to show. That seems such a
waste of time if it can be automated.

What I want is to be able to have my screen showing the updating
result of scans and be able to click on a highlighted stock and view
the chart and decide whether or not it's of interest. If there's
nothing showing up as a result of the scan, I can pay attention to
something else. Is that realistic?

Is Powerscan something that might make my programming task easier?

Nick
