Hi Folks
I decided to try Norgate's Premium Data for my EOD U.S. stock and
futures needs. The trial setup was pretty seamless. However, when I
paid for my first 6 months of subscription (including the historical
database) and updated my charts last night, I found that the
historical data had not made it into my charts.
I sent an email in to support early enough that they would have it for
the business day yesterday down in Oz, but unfortunately no reply. I
am wondering if any other Norgate users on here can tell me how to get
the historical data into my charts. I scoured the website for specific
instructions for trial users who had set up their databases, who then
wanted to populate those databases with historical data beyond the 6
months given in the trial, but no luck
Any help is appreciated.
