I am not sure I have understood the ApplyStop function correctly. What
exactly is the difference in behavior between the 2 ApplyStops below?
I thought that since the first flag was set to stopTypeLoss, the
Volatile flag would make no difference but it does.

ApplyStop(stopTypeLoss, 
         stopModePoint, 
         5,
         True );

ApplyStop(stopTypeLoss, 
         stopModePoint, 
         5,
         False );
