[amibroker] Ed Seykota's TSP: Support and Resistance

To those who are interested,   I have posted the code to AFL online library: http://www.amibroker.com/library/detail.php?id=735   See here for more information regarding Seykota's project: http://www.seykota.com/tribe/TSP/index.htm   The coding was more complex than I expected since Amibroker doesn't support Trade At Stop functions (such as BuyAtStop, SellAtStop etc). Many other TA software such as Trading Recipes, Metastock, Wealth-lab support it natively.
