In the user's guide, Search tab, look up Endvalue and Beginvalue.
You can add this to your title:
Title = Name() +
"\n Bars in Range = " + WriteVal(EndValue( BarIndex() ) - BeginValue(BarIndex()), 2.0) +
" // Percent Change in Range = " + WriteVal( 100 * (EndValue(C) - BeginValue(C))/BeginValue(C), 6.2) + " % ";
