I dont think you are fully understanding his request.He is asking for a modification to Andrews pitch fork or a a method to draw action/reaction lines.For instance,you draw a simple support trendline on a chart.You then move back in time and draw a paralel line(to the support line) from a a previous pivot point (high or low) that was higher than your initial support line..
What he would like is a tool that could now draw a paralel line beneath the initial support line.That third line should be the same distance from the inital support line that the top line is..In Andrews terms,you are creating action/reaction lines.The top and bottom pararel lines are equidisatnt from the middle line..
he wants to take it one step further and have additional lines that are drawn automatically with a multiplier...
