The autotrade is controlled by an indicator in one sheet of a window. I am accustomed to have setups for different systems in seperate sheets of the window, thus one sheet for one system. But I found if I am running the autotrade, then I have to always make the autotrade sheet the active one, if the autotrade sheet lose focus, the autotrade will pause, until I make the sheet active again. Since I have to switch between different sheets, I found it impossible to autotrade , if I put the autotrade sheet and other system sheets in the same window. However, if I open two windows and put the autotrade sheet in a different window (than other system sheets' window) , and make autotrade sheet as the active sheet in its own window, then I can enable autotrade as well as browsing the other system setups in the other window. So I have two windows open on my workspace, and I need to give each window a name, one is "autotrade", the other is "other systems", is it possible ? Or even if not in my situation, I still find it will be convenient to be able to name windows. For example,if I have one window running 1m charts and the 2nd window running 5m charts of the same symbol, it will be easier for me if I can tell from the window name which is which. tom_itmwh ----- Original Message ----- From: Tomasz Janeczko To: [email protected] Sent: Thursday, November 30, 2006 6:03 PM Subject: Re: [amibroker] How to name a window Hello, You can't change the name because it is security name (which is the same in case of linked windows). I don't see the reason why you setup two windows to see only one at a time (because you have them maximized) when you can switch between intervals easily using toolbar - it consumes less system resources. Linked windows make sense IF you are watching them both at the same time (they are not maximized). Please see the attached image. Now the two windows are of the same name, I want to name them seperately by the timeframe, is it possible ? tom
