Hello, Yes, scroll zoom is being turned off automatically IF thumb box (the thing you use to scroll) becomes very small (you have large number of quotes in database but viewing very small number of them). This is needed because otherwise you won't be able to scroll (entire area of thumb box would activate "sizing" and there will be no room left for scrolling). I am going to fine tune it more and maybe come up with some better solution.

I find if I hit the minus (-) zoom out icon until a triple bar (|||) in the middle of the slider then the zoom arrow horizontal zoom arrow will come up and it will work every time when the cursor is focused on the slider. I thought it was a condition tied to the number of "bars displayed" setting in preferences but that didn't seem to make any difference. Going to test some more.
