1) By default MarketID() function will return the number for Market #4 as 4.00
in Exploration. In the code below I used NumToStr() to remove the decimal point
and the zeros, but I'm not sure if this is the best approach.
2) I'm using the code to export the output to a CSV file and later import it
back, and I'm not sure if ASCii Importer accepts a market ID expressed as 4.00
instead of 4.
