Even though I haven't received responses, I know AB does respond quickly. I don't know why I don't receive them. I know if you have a spam filter on then the ones that the program identifies as spam are sent to the junk mail folder. I always check that folder also. I had the occasion for a brokerage to send me some instructions (three times) and I never receive those either. Go figure.
