[amibroker] Importing Market info

[tipequity]

I like to import market designation for US stock tickers. I have a csv 
file that contains the symbol and its primary stock exchange. The 
following is a sample

AAUK, Nasdaq
ABLE, Nasdaq
AEG, NYSE
DRY, AMEX

Can anybody help me to do this?
