I ordered the 1 minute and it was suppose to be in ASCII and thus easily
brought into Amibroker. What I got was .mnd and no way to convert it. It is a
German company so language barriers may exist but lack of response to e-mails
by customer's is unacceptable. As I said, prior to ordering they were quick to
respond and provided me all the info on pricing, payment,etc. but since then
NADA.

products, give me a price and the business is done. You guess what they
replied ? "Sorry but we offer 2 sec data only as SierraChart files (.mnd)
Only the 1min data are available as ASCII data. Greets SCmagic" No
quotation for either of the products and no payment method. I sent them
another email without reply.
Very very strange experience for me, guess they do not quite possess the
right mind for business

"tick" data on ES and YM and got a weird response. Something like "I
guess we can't help you then." Emailed them a second time and still
haven't heard from them.
