Hello
I am trying to write a scan that identifies Higher highs, higher lows.
The rules i can think of are like this
1. Stock makes higher higs
2. Its pullback is higher than the earlier HIghs

I am breaking my head to figoure out a algorithm to do it. any 
starter help would be appreciated
