Very messy to be sure.  For starters, just as you do manually, select two 
pivots (manually or automatically in accordance with your criteria (e.g., % 
change, etc.)) and draw the Fib levels.  Then select two more pivots and again 
draw Fib levels.  etc.  Look for overlap (you will have to define what is valid 
overlap).
