Thanks. Currently I am using two notebook computers with small screen to watch all the charts.
I am thinking to buy a 24" LCD monitor so my eyes can be treated better. My shortsightedness is getting worse. So, I plan to buy another desktop computer because I already have enough notebook computers. Thanks again. Hi Clement, For many years I have been developing my own systems on an old Pentium III-667 MHz :-) Computer and enjoy a pretty fast system: In my database there are +7000 US stocks and various European securities stored. The answer to your question is a definite NO! You do NOT need a new PC to run AmiBroker smoothly. Save your money and wait for the successor of Vista (code: Vienna; schedule: 8-2009). Then you will definitely need a new machine for this future operating system if you intend to run AmiBroker under Vienna and DirectX 11.
