Keith, I sure did write to them.... and got it immediately kicked back from that address. Right after that I posted it to their Violation Appeals Board. Upon checking it a few minutes ago, I find that my posting to their appeals board has been deleted. They say they reply within 48 hours, and I guess that was their reply...
