[amibroker] Is it possible to run intraday (IB) and EOD (amiqote) with two instances?

I tried to open two instances, run intraday IB through one and EOD 
local database amiquote through the other but the EOD doesn't save or 
something. Is this possible? Can I keep one from overwriting the other?
