[amibroker] IQfeed Index symbols

Just signed up for IQfeed and realized that the index symbols are different
than the ones I have been using for years with E-signal

 

Does anyone know if there is a downloadable spread sheet or text document
showing all of them so I can import them instead of typing them out one by
one?
