hindsight20/20...BUt eventhough esignal is expensive, I have been sticking with them for severl years now maninly due to the quality of data (NOT that they don't have bad ticks once in a while but I have had better luck with their data atleast for Forex.)
Are you using AA or Chart with Indicator?. IN AA mode you have the option to wait for backfill when you scan. Another thing to keep in mind is that first hour is always prone to whipsaws...You can adjust lotsize for before 09:30 CST and another lotsize for rest of the day. Just a silly idea.
