Try this:
Buy = ( Month() == 8) AND Day() > 1 and Name() == "FSAGX";
Sell = ( Month() == 10 ) AND Day() > 1 and Name() == "FSAGX";

Run on all stocks or better yet a watchlist containing the Fido Selects.
