Every exchange has a website, and I believe most of them have all the
listed stocks. The information is not always in convenient format,
but then, it's free. So Google for Tokyo Stock Exchange, Jasdaq,
Osaka, Nagoya, etc. I think they all have English pages as well as
Japanese.

As for capitalization lists, etc., you will need to research what is
available in English, as the premiere publication that I use, 'Kaisha
Shikiho' (Company 4 season information), is a quarterly that is
published in Japanese.
