Hello,

Yes they can be uploaded as any other file (WordPress control Panel, Post -> 
Upload File)

Note that there are "Flash" videos and regular videos (AVI, MPEG, XVID, DIVX).
First kind consists of two files (SWF - actual flash video and HTML - the 
"container" page),
the other are just one file.
