Here is what I am doing, I copy this file (ControlPanelInclude-004.afl) into my include folder in my current Amibroker directory. Then I copy the (demo file) as Herman calls it into the formula editor and click “apply” which produces a price pane with a blue button at the top called HEADER, I also see the words: Button Coordinates: 0 Action: HEADER Transmit: 0 When I click on the blue HEADER button nothing happens. I know I have the include file in the proper location because I can go back and rename it and then I get this error: Error42. #include failed because file does not exist Etc….
Can anybody shed some light here? thanks From: [email protected] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Herman Sent: Monday, March 10, 2008 8:42 AM To: Kendall "Bruce" Hawkins Subject: Re: [amibroker] Button to place AFL in chart Not sure exactly what you are doing.. it works for me. Copy the include in its entirety to your Include folder, Then copy the entire demo code to an Indicator and click apply. The first button (Red) Only displays text, the other four buttons should change color if you click on them. You should also here the button coordinates through you speakers. herman For tips on developing Real-Time Auto-Trading systems visit: HYPERLINK "http://www.amibroker.org/userkb/"http://www.amibroker.org/userkb/ Monday, March 10, 2008, 1:53:41 PM, you wrote: > Amateur hour again over here, I copied the AFL that places the Column Header 1 button on my chart into my chart and the other AFL in the include file.
