Thanks for the quick reply, that setting was incorrect.  Just to be 
clear, when new data is downloaded will it append the existing file 
in my historical database? (ie I do not have to re-download all 
historical data every day/week)

Also what happens if I incorrectly specify the new date range ( for 
example, if I download weekly and start on Tues rather than Wed), 
and subsequently download the correct date range? Will the database 
be updated correctly?
