[amibroker] IB sync problem

I have 2 DBs. a 1 min DB and a 15 min DB.

The 1 min DB seems to back fill fine, but when I switch to 
the 15 DB, it does not backfill, even though the connector 
shows green.

Please add a button or option to "backfill now".
