Hello, Lets start with the easy first, View>Check Realtime Quote is it check? If yes then are you getting real time quotes in the Realtime Quote screen? If not then you need correct symbols in the Realtime Quote screen! Or what is your IB plugin window in lower right displaying? Mine says 'Wait' with yellow background! Markets are closed.
If above was too basic then we need to know what version AB and IB plug in you have. Note: May 8, 2008 Interactive Brokers data plugin v1.7.0 is the latest. Just trying to help.
