5.10 *is* a major upgrade - website gets updated to reflect it, docs are updated, etc. Last one was 5.00 and there have been 9 beta upgrades in between. I don't think there is any difference between going from 5.00 > 5.10 and going from 5.90 > 6.00, all are ( or will be ) major upgrades.
