No not on Holiday, your e-mail comes through during market hours. If you want to plot 200 tick charts Tools>Preferences>Intraday and change custom time intervals to any choice of 5 settings for minutes and 5 settings for V-shares, ticks, or $ Range. Like to find a real good article on using $ Range charting?
In regards to UpTicks and DownTicks I asked about it awhile ago (no answer) and tried to tackle it and I don't think it is possible. I just run Ninja Charting on another computer as back up and showing upticks/downticks. Only works in real time.
