Hello, I'm using IB plugin. I tried to backfill TYX index and TLT, IWM stock data and got error 162.
For TYX-CBOE-IND the error is: "HMDS query returned no data: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Trades", but a symbol like OEX-CBOE-IND has no problem backfilling. For IWM or TLT the error is: "No Market Data permissions for ARCA STK", and both symbol have no problem realtime feeding. Please what should I do to correct these?
