Your solution is for the entire symbol itself. But my problem is different. I've some dummy quote with o=h=l=c all equal and volume = 0. This comes as the last quote for that day, ie I've quote for 3:30:55 with OHLC all same and volume as 0, when the actual market time ends at 3:29:55. I hope I've explained my problem in detail.
