Tom, The port number is immeterial. Will not affect your accounts .. it is just a channel of communications. What is critical is to make sure that ibc allows you to change the port number.... I have not used it for a while so I just do not remember. Use 2 installations of AB. You need to deferentiate the port address of TWS so the two don't get mixed up.
