I don't think Viratech is a snapshot vendor. Maybe it depends on how snapshot
is defined. Could you please provide your definition of snapshot?

Viratech and TechnicalTrends are snap shot vendors. As for Spider they do not
provide a way to move data from their application to a format that is AB ready
plus again their data source is not known.

The following link is interesting not only for AB users from India but from the
South East Asian region.

These guys are vending data from markets in almost all ASEAN locations

Subject: [amibroker] RT DATA for AB users in India

Hi all,

I am compiling a list of RT data sources for the Indian markets.

I am not looking at vendors of snap shot data extracted using various
utilities, either from yahoo or from brokerage feeds. I am only looking at
"Streaming RT Data" from vendors who are picking up their data feed directly
from the exchange servers. As far as I am aware the only vendor who qualifies
using this criteria is eSignal. If Indian AB users are aware of any other
vendors who qualify based on the criteria listed above please be kind enough to
provide details.

Also TJ had announced discontinuation of retrieval of data  from LiveChart
servers using AmiQuote. Is anyone aware of a workaround that can be employed to
retrieve data from LiveChart servers and dump it into either AB or MetaStock
format files(which AB can use anyway).

This is for AB users from India who are eSignal subscribers: -

[] Are you satisfied with the service you are gettting? How is the feed
performance during periods of high market volatility? Is there any degradation
in service quality at such times? In case of service issues are there eSignal
support reps available during market hours in India?

[] If I want to create a intra day database of CNX500 constituents and the
universe of optionable/single stock futures stocks ( which will total up to
about 600 symbols approx), how do I overcome the limitation of viewing 200
symbols at a time that is imposed by eSignal in it's basic  subscription tariff?

Thanks in advance for any input.

Regards

Rakesh
