Thanks Herman,

OLE objects confuse me and I am a programmer and have done some windows
programming. Where I ran into a mess was opening two instances of AB. I
was manual trading using a data feed and opened an EOD instance of AB
and used AmiQuote to download EOD data. The EOD data went into the
first instance of AB that I opened corrupting my intraday database.
That was really unexpected. I don't know why Microsoft designed it that
way. It seems really lame not to be able to tie database A goes with
instance A and database B goes with instance B but it doesn't seem to
work that way.
