With the afl inserted in a pane on the chart, I am unable to insert a
'buy' or 'sell' arrow in the pane, at all, on a realtime chart in
realtime.  Won't show if I click on a particular column; won't show in
the last column if no column is selected.  Even if it did, it would
only keep some kind of running total, which I get already from IB, so
it's not useful.
