Tomasz, I have a vBulletin forum that I manage and love the forum over this type of list. Maybe you could get a few volunteers to help in the management where they can help to keep things in order. I don't feel that it would be that hard.
I know that a forum is far superior when trying to keep things in order if the members use it 75% correctly. Its nice to see code posted that you can follow corrections to the ending outcome. I feel this would help many up and coming AB programmers and users.
