Interactive Brokers hits all of your tick points. I use them for all stock, futures, and simple Options trades. Be aware that their brokerage service is geared for traders who know what they are doing. They do have webinars to help bring you up to speed on their platform. Their Customer Service desk is good when dealing with customers who are beyond novice level.
For complex Options trading look closely at ThinkOrSwim. Their platform is absolutely superior for analyzing and trading all Option strategies. And their Customer Service is friendly to every level of trading experience. ToS has higher transaction fees but serious high volume Options traders don't seem to blink about that. Even where Options are concerned, IB seems to get faster and better executions than ToS, but the IB platform offers no serious strategy analysis features, and creating a complex multi-legged Options order on IB takes serious time effort and concentration.
