One of the very neat things about Amibroker is that you can apply studies to "layers". There are the default layer, and time based layers (intraday, daily, weekly, monthly), as well as custom layers.
I would bet that your line is being applied to a layer that is not shown or to a time frame that you are not in. To see the available layers, click on View and then click on Layers (if no check mark next to it). Most studies (trendlines, etc.) are applied to the default layer because they will show up across all layers. What goofs up some folks is they forgot they selected or highlighted the Daily layer and while in the weekly timeframe they applied a study only to see it disappear.
