[amibroker] OT why and why not 64 bit

i am tempted to use xp 64 bit for reasons of using more memory on my 
machine. what are the pro and cons.
understand that there are only afew apps that use 64 bit.  the machien 
will run the following
1. ab
2. data tools
3. custom trading tools built using c# and ruby
4. Ninja trader
5. microsoft office
6, obviously web browsing
7. mysql server.
