[amibroker] Alertif function - is it monitoring streaming feeds?

I have a script that I run through Automatic Analysis on RT data in a 
database (IQFeed); this script runs as an exploration every 5 minutes. 
The script has an alertif function in it (uses a function where close 
crosses over a value). My question is whether the alertif triggers 
based on streaming data; that is, will it trigger an alert on one of 
the chartss before the exploration runs based on streaming data. I have 
150 charts running on this.
