Spoke to IB support, the latest TWS does offer an option to use 
esignal data
It is in the Configure menu of TWS. You can enter your esignal user id 
and password, etc. and TWS will use eSignal for market data. In other 
words, you can use AB's IB plugin to stream esignal market data. 
Obviously you'll need an esignal sub to do that.
