Hello, The EasyAlers window alows that. It will generate alerts without any charts connected. However EasyAlerts is limited to price level penetration (i.e. horizontal trendline) only.
If you want to to detect trendline of any slope, you need a formula and you need to use AA "SCAN EVERY" feature. It will scan all symbols within watch list periodically and generate alerts for you without need to have charts open.
