I have used Ventrilo in the past. Very reliable and dirt cheap. Requires a "Ventrilo Server Service" which runs about $5.00 a month for 10 users. Used by Gamers. You will find the Ventrilo Server Service is usually offered by sites with a bent for online gaming. Google it for all the info.
