Hi - Sounds like the TimeNum() function is what you want, you could add it 
as a trade condition, something like...

MyTime = TimeNum();
Buy = Cross( RSI( 14 ), 30 ) AND MyTime >= 100000 AND MyTime <= 143000;
Sell = Cross( 70, RSI( 14 ) ) OR MyTime == 144500;
